Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery — £4.50 (orders under £99)
• Express Delivery — £5.00 (orders under £100)
• Insured Delivery — £9.95 (orders over £100)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery We ship to the USA, Australia, Canada, UAE, Japan, and many more countries worldwide.

• International Insured Delivery — £9.95

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Delivery We currently ship to all 27 EU member states. Please contact us at support@aurexio.co for shipping rates and availability.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
