We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Aurexio. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5â10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
